One of the most challenging aspects for real estate professionals comes in the form hours worked.
There are three areas of the business that demand a Realtor’s attention and time: contract execution, home showing and lead generation. When these tasks are combined it becomes easy for any Realtor to quickly work 80 hours a week and lose track of time and obligations, both personal and professional.
In order to maintain the highest level of service and standards, Flinsk Real Estate has set aside specific hours of the day to accomplish the necessary tasks. As a result we are one of the few companies to set the expectations up front with all our customers and let them know when we will and will not be available.
Ensuring your contract goes through smoothly is a very high priority for us. In the event your contract needs additional time to successfully negotiate the terms or troubleshoot any bottlenecks that might arise, we are more than happy to work during the “contract critical hours”.
Here is a brief outline:
- Monday: 9am – 5pm
- Tuesday: 9am – 5pm
- Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
- Thursday: 9am – 5pm
- Friday: 9am – 12pm
- Saturday: Available for previewing appointments
- Sunday: Unavailable
Note: In the event a contract critical situation arises (which is common), extended hours will be available.
