Communication System
Here are the standard communication expectations for what you can expect from Flinsk Real Estate. While not all systems are perfect, we do our best to adhere to the following tasks.
Weekly Communication
Monday Personal Updates
- Every Monday you will receive a personal email containing (and looking for) any updates regarding your home search.
Friday Educational Email
- Every Friday you will receive an email containing an education article or two that pertains to the home buying process or changes in the market.
Monthly Newsletter
- Once a month a newsletter goes out to all subscribers. This newsletter is often on the more personal side and contains some real estate news along with a personal update.
Blog Post Subscription
- If you would like email updates containing the latest blog posts, you can subscribe on the home page. On average there will be 3 new blog posts each week. The volume of posts will vary based on the relevant news and time available.
Day to Day Communication
- As a rule of thumb, emails are always preferred. Emails allow us to respond quickly if we are on the road or in the office.
- We will return all calls, emails and text messages before 5pm (end of business) each day.
- We commonly work beyond the 9-5 availability hours. However, unless it is contract critical we will not respond to calls, emails or texts after 5pm until the following business day. Feel free to leave us a message and we will respond the following morning.
